Why LED Light Bulbs Are Better Than Other Light Bulbs?

LED is highly energy efficient lighting technology and has the potential to fundamentally change the future of lighting in Australia. Here in this article it will be explained why LED lighting should be used and how they save more energy compared to the CFLs and Incandescent bulbs.

What is LED light

How LEDs Are Different?

Led lighting is very different from other lighting sources such as incandescent bulbs or CFLs, the key differences include the following:

Light Source

LEDs are the size of a fleck of pepper and a mix of red, green and blue LEDs is typically used to make white light.

Direction

LEDs emit light in a specific direction, reducing the need for reflectors and diffusers that can trap light. This feature makes LEDs more efficient for many uses.

Heat

LEDs emit very little heat. In comparison, incandescent bulbs release 90% of their energy as heat and CFLs release 80% of their energy as heat.

Cost Comparison between LEDs, CFLs and Incandescent Light Bulbs

The T30 led filament bulb review is designed to imitate retro style incandescent filament. It provides aesthetics, which can update existing bulbs and keep classical feelings. At 4 watts of power, the T30 tubular LED filament bulb produces a strong light (as much as the standard 40 watt incandescent bulb), but the energy consumption is very low and the life is very long, so it is very environmentally friendly.
